Delivered Ex Quay (DEQ)
Also known as: DEQ Incoterm, Delivered ex quay, DEQ delivery
An obsolete Incoterm under which goods were delivered on the quay at the destination port.
DEQ was removed from Incoterms after 2010 and should not be used in new contracts. It has been functionally replaced by DAP or DDP depending on cost and risk allocation.
