Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)

Also known as: DDU Incoterm, Delivered duty unpaid, DDU delivery

An obsolete Incoterm under which the seller delivered goods without paying import duties or taxes.

DDU was removed from Incoterms after 2010 and is no longer valid for new contracts. It should not be used and has been replaced by DAP or DDP depending on responsibility allocation.
