Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

Also known as: DDP Incoterm, Delivered duty paid, DDP delivery

An Incoterm under which the seller delivers goods cleared for import and pays all duties and taxes.

DDP places maximum responsibility on the seller, including import clearance and local charges. It remains a valid Incoterm and can be used for any mode of transport.
