Shipper’s Export Declaration (SED)

A United States customs form required for certain exports to support the compilation of export statistics.

The SED is completed by the shipper or authorized agent and provides details on the exporter, consignee, commodity, value, and destination. It supports trade compliance, statistical reporting, and export control enforcement.
