Batch Picking
Also known as: batch order picking, batch pick
A warehouse picking method where multiple orders containing similar items are picked simultaneously.
Batch picking reduces travel time by allowing pickers to collect the same SKU for several orders in a single pass. It is commonly used in high-volume operations with many small or similar orders.
