Sundays and Holidays Included (SHINC)

A charter party term indicating that Sundays and holidays are counted as working time.
SHINC applies to laytime and demurrage calculations, allowing cargo operations to proceed without time exclusion. It generally benefits charterers by reducing non-working time. The term must be clearly agreed to avoid disputes.
