Operational Efficiency

The capability of an organization to deliver services or outputs using the least amount of time, cost, and resources.

In logistics and supply chains, operational efficiency is achieved through process optimization, automation, and effective resource utilization. Higher efficiency reduces costs, improves reliability, and increases overall competitiveness.
