Contract of Affreightment Charter Party (COACP)

A charter agreement covering the carriage of specified cargo over multiple voyages.
This contract commits a shipowner to transport agreed quantities over time. It provides flexibility compared to voyage charters. COACP is commonly used for bulk and project cargo.
