Bottom Lift

Bottom lifting is a container handling technique commonly used in ports, terminals, depots, and inland logistics operations where specialized lifting attachments engage the container's bottom corner castings. Unlike conventional container handling with a top spreader, bottom lifting uses dedicated lifting beams, slings, or bottom-lift devices to support the container from below. This method is particularly useful where overhead clearance is limited or where specialized lifting equipment is required, ensuring safe, stable, and controlled container movement.
