Arrival Notice

A notification issued to inform relevant parties that a vessel or cargo has arrived or is expected to arrive.
An Arrival Notice is commonly sent by carriers or agents to consignees and notify parties of impending or actual arrival. It supports planning for customs clearance, delivery, and cargo receipt and does not in itself constitute delivery or acceptance.
