Setting / Air Delivery Temperature
Also known as: air supply temperature, reefer air setting
An indicated temperature on transport documents specifying the air supply temperature for a container during carriage.
This term is primarily used in refrigerated transport documentation to define the air delivery temperature setting. Only the temperature value itself is permitted on the Bill of Lading, excluding references to pulp or return air temperatures. It serves as an operational instruction rather than a performance guarantee.
